great service but noisy beds

The night clerk was outstanding and made check-in a breeze. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get around the area.

Unfortunately, the beds were incredibly noisy with any movement.

The air conditioning worked extremely well, ensuring comfort during the stay, and the sheets were clean. However, the beds were notoriously noisy, making sleep quite challenging. Breakfast lacked variety, with warm juices and no meat options, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the location was convenient with several dining choices nearby.

It was just an optimal selection for resting at all in Prattville with fantastic value. The different flavors of waffle batter at breakfast were a nice surprise. If you want breakfast, try to get up early.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few upgrades wouldn't hurt.

We had a cozy stay in a comfortable room with two queen beds, and the added bonus of being able to bring our dog was a huge relief. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long drive, and we enjoyed hanging out in the sunny courtyard too. Just a heads up, more variety at breakfast would’ve made our mornings even better. 😊

The room was clean and comfy with air conditioning, an alarm clock, a private bathroom, and free toiletries. There's even a nice outdoor swimming pool to relax in. Good location near food and gas. Breakfast was okay, just the usual stuff like cereal and waffles.

I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible common areas, which made moving around easy. The vibrant decor, while quirky, had a charm that reminded me of nostalgia, adding a cheerful touch to my stay. The outdoor pool was a delightful bonus, too.

Better staff training would enhance guest experiences.

I had a comfortable stay with a nice bed and good air conditioning. The room was clean overall, but the towels had some stains. I’d stay again despite some minor issues.

my stay at super 8 was pleasant. the location was great, just a short drive to wind creek casino. the staff was super friendly, even offering fresh baked cookies at check-in. plus, the outdoor pool was a nice bonus to cool off in. i felt very comfortable during my 7 nights in the king room.

Clean room, good proximity to a golf course. Staff seemed overwhelmed and service could improve. Nice outdoor pool too.
